'We, the below signing leaders of the following scholarly associations of management, including some members of the International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management (IFSAM), declare our consternation and solidarity with all colleagues in war zones, who have been affected, displaced and/or are unable to carry their educational and research function. We condemn the wars and call for immediate peace in these territories. We stand to defend academic freedom and responsibility towards fair and respectful treatment for all. We also stand available within our remit and capacity as learned societies to provide assistance to endangered and affected colleagues, where we can’.
